What is Wizia AI?
Wizia is an AI photo studio for fashion stores: one phone photo becomes studio, on-model and lifestyle shots, product video and virtual try-on on the product page.
Will it distort my product?
No. Wizia keeps the logo, print, cut and colour. Don't like a shot? Generate a new one. The first regeneration of a shot is free (up to 3 per generation); after that it costs from 1 credit.
What photo do I need?
You don't need professional gear. A phone is perfectly fine. Shoot on a plain background: a single-color wall, a white sheet or a clean floor.
Can I choose the model and the scene?
Yes. Choose an AI model from the library, or switch the model off and the product is generated on its own, on a clean background. The list of scenes filters to match your product's category.
How long does one shot take?
Usually under two minutes. Half of all shots are ready in less than a minute.
Which sites does try-on work on?
Any site, with one line of code.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You get 20 credits on signup, no card.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy more credits or move to a bigger plan at any time. Plan credits last until the end of the monthly period and don't roll over; extra credits you buy and bonus credits don't expire.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time from the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can stop any time from the app.

Who owns the photos?
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You can use the generated shots for commercial and non-commercial purposes at no extra fee.
Are my photos protected?
Yes. Your data is stored in the European Union and encrypted in transit and at rest. Your uploads are used only for your generations. We don't train AI models on them.
